The €225 package includes one main page and three subpages. We agree on the content, design, features and price in writing before you pay. Extra pages or a new design direction need a separate quote.

I provide simple websites. I do not build online shops. I also do not build blogs with a client editing dashboard. Your site has no admin panel, content management system or live editor. Later updates are handled by me, or by editing the source project yourself.

The final quote explains any paid assets, domain fees, third-party costs and applicable taxes. All costs are agreed before booking. I do not charge for unapproved extras.

Send your text, images, logos and other assets. Include reference websites or inspiration images. Tell me what you like about them. Describe your preferred colours, mood and pages. Mention anything you want to avoid. I need a clear brief before I start designing.

You must own your content or have permission to use it. References do not give permission to copy another website or artwork. I do not use AI-generated artwork or assets. I make my decorative artwork in CSS. Images, SVGs and other artwork come from you or licensed external sources. Their credits and licence terms still apply.

Pay 50% before work begins. Pay the other 50% after approving the finished preview. The balance is due before launch or source handover. For the €225 package, pay €112,50 to start and €112,50 at handover. With the €37,50 NSFW add-on, pay €131,25 to start and €131,25 at handover.

I send invoices through PayPal or Revolut. We confirm the payment method, scope, total price and start date in writing. This happens before your first payment.

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity. This starts on our agreed date, once I have your deposit and complete brief. It is an estimate. Missing assets, late feedback and substantial revisions may extend it. I will keep you updated.

Please use our agreed contact channel for feedback. If we pause the project, we will agree on a new schedule before resuming.

Revisions are free and unlimited within the agreed scope during development. Please send clear feedback, grouped into one message where possible. Extra pages, new features and a new project direction are scope changes. We agree on their price and timing before I begin. After launch, the free changes period below applies.

I accept lawful adult-content websites for an extra €37,50. This makes the package €262,50 in total. Adult content stays hidden when a visitor arrives. Visitors must actively check a labelled 18+ checkbox and choose to enter. Public previews and share images must stay safe to view.

The checkbox is a content warning. It does not verify a visitor’s age. Some laws require stronger age verification. Where required, we agree on a suitable solution before I accept or launch the project. Extra work and service costs are quoted separately. I do not accept illegal or non-consensual content. You must have permission to publish everything you supply.

I host your website on my server. Having your own domain is ideal. I can help connect it, configure DNS and complete the setup. You keep ownership of your domain. You pay for its purchase and renewals.

Without your own domain, you can use an available subdomain. For example: yourusername.hasira.me. The subdomain remains part of my domain. Ongoing hosting is free. It is separate from the two weeks of maintenance. If I need to stop hosting, I will give reasonable notice. I will help you access your paid-for source project so you can move it. Hosting does not guarantee uninterrupted service or unlimited maintenance.

For 14 calendar days after launch, small content changes, small fixes and maintenance are free. Both two-week periods run together from the launch date. This covers replacing text or images, fixing layout issues and checking that the site works as agreed.

New pages, major redesigns and new features are separate work. After the free 14 days expire, update requests are paid work. This aftercare period does not limit your legal rights to remedies.

Once the free 14 days expire, every new update request is charged. Small updates start at €10 per request. This covers an agreed batch of small text, image or link changes. You can group several small changes into one request.

Larger updates, new pages and layout changes need a separate quote. I confirm the scope and total price before starting. Payment is due before the update work begins. Your mandatory legal rights still apply.

If you are an artist, I may accept artwork of my original characters in exchange for website updates. Trades are optional and considered case by case.

We agree on the artwork, updates, trade value and timing before either of us starts. The artwork must be your own work. I do not accept AI-generated artwork.

The source project stays private by default. After full payment, you can ask for a copy to keep or host elsewhere. You do not need the source files to have a live website. The handover excludes server credentials, other clients’ projects and my hosting infrastructure.

You may edit the source project or host the site yourself. Keep my visible footer credit and copyright notice, including on edited or self-hosted versions. Credit the original design to hasira. Do not claim it as your own. Your assets remain yours. Third-party materials retain their ownership and licences. Exclusive rights or a transfer of my design copyright need a separate written agreement.

By commissioning me, you allow me to share the finished site’s public URL and screenshots. I may use them in my portfolio and posts about my work. I do not publish private messages, credentials or unpublished client information. Adult projects use safe previews. Tell me about any confidentiality needs before booking. We must agree on them in writing.

I may decline a commission before accepting it, for any reason permitted by law. If you cancel before work starts, I refund your payment in full. I confirm when work begins. Once work has started and I have shared the first preview, I do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds. Before that preview, cancellation depends on the work already done and your applicable rights.

If I cancel an accepted project, I refund payment for undelivered work. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights still apply. If a consumer withdrawal period applies, any request to start early is confirmed separately. I also provide the required information before work begins. Sharing the first preview does not waive those rights.

Before the deposit, we confirm your brief, quote, hosting and these terms in writing. Any exceptions must also be agreed in writing. The terms agreed at booking apply to your project. Later changes to this page do not change our agreement.
